I know this may weird some of you out, but I’m coming out of the closet today. My angels have been communicating with me for the last 2 or 3 years. Or, more accurately I’ve been listening for the last 2 or 3 years. Actually, they’ve been communicating with all of us since we were born, but we’ve been taught not to listen. Anyway, I’ve been doing mini-angel readings with folks for the last several weeks, since my angels have been telling me it’s time to spread our wings, so to speak. I have to say it has been so wonderful to let the Guidance flow through me and to assist other people in this way. So I’ve decided to start posting more of the messages they’re giving me here on this blog.

One of the primary messages they want me to tell everyone is that we all have the capability to receive their guidance. It’s not a “new age” phenomenon or only for a special few, although sometimes people get mixed up and think of it as “coincidence” or that the ideas and inspiration they receive are coming from themselves. Or they may have other names for it. Many of the best ideas we receive come from what might be called “higher realms,” which are really dimensions that are lighter and finer than our own 3D realm of existence.

The more each of us tunes in to those higher realms, the greater the contribution we can make to our world. Poets, musicians, sages, dancers, artists and other people who work with various art forms work in these realms more often and more consciously but each being has this same capacity. The simplest tools are often the most effective: prayer, meditation and journaling are all wonderful ways to connect.

They encourage everyone to focus more on what is going on INSIDE themselves than what seems to be going wrong in the world right now. In the end, the only consciousness you can control is your own, and when you master your own, your potential for good is limitless. Keep it positive.Let’s raise the bar on what we pay attention to and what we put out into the world — starting here on this blog. It is not about ignoring the things we don’t like so much as deciding to raise our own vibrations and in so doing, helping to transmute the darker energies.

As I work more consciously to raise my own vibrations and to be more mindful about what I’m sending out, I know that what I send out will come back to me multiplied, so my intention in coming out of the closet, so to speak, is to be more authentic about who I am and what’s important to me. In doing that, I offer that same freedom to others. And I know that as we each do that, we will receive the guidance that we need to make the world a better place for everyone.
