It’s been almost 28 Days since I made my 28-Day Commitment to working on my music every day, and I am very proud to say that I haven’t missed a day! I have worked a minimum of 4 hours every day vocalizing, learning keyboards, working on this website and reaching out to potential partners and clients. Has every day been easy? No.
But in the last 28 days, I have accomplished the following:
- Created a landing page and re-launched this website
- Performed 7 of my songs at my church (and sold 5 CDs!)
- Created postcards to hand out at networking events
- Signed up for a voice class and worked on my voice and songs every day
- Signed up for an online keyboard instruction course and have practiced regularly
- Spent time regularly reaching out to potential customers and partners
- Brainstormed business ideas with friends and partners
- Figured out the chords for two of my songs
- Wrote 2 new songs
While it hasn’t all been easy and while there have been days that were challenging, I am proud to say that with a lot of support, I have stayed in action and kept my eyes on the prize. When I complete my first 28 days on Monday, April 7, I plan to take a day or two to regroup and set new intentions for the next 28 days.
As my music coach says, my 28 days aren’t winding down, they’re just winding UP!
So what are YOU willing to commit to over the next 28 days? As I have experienced, know that it’s possible for you to achieve amazing results just by making that commitment to YOURSELF first. Go for it!
