GUIDANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

While this document is not intended to be a formal contract, by electing to order guidance services from me, you are indicating that you have read and understood it, and it is expected that you are in agreement with these terms and conditions. For purposes of these terms and conditions, "Guidance" refers to Angel Readings and Sound Healing Sessions.

 

Payment

 

I use PayPal as my payment processor. You do not need to be a member of PayPal in order to process a one-time payment. If you are setting up a Subscription for multiple payments, PayPal will require certain information from you. They are one of the more secure payment processors on the Internet and are widely used, as well as providing excellent help tools if you have questions or concerns about their service. If you do not wish to use PayPal for whatever reason, please contact admin@sandrawintermusic.com, but be aware that because of the time constraints involved in creating custom songs before the holidays, time spent on working out alternate forms of payment will make it more challenging to get your song to you in a timely fashion.

 

If your payment(s) does not / do not go through for any reason, I reserve the right to cancel any scheduled sessions until the issue is resolved.

 

Once payment has been made through PayPal, you will be taken to my online scheduler to schedule  your session(s). If you are purchasing a gift certificate for someone else, you will be re-directed to a page on my website where you will share their name and email address so I can send them a gift certificate and link to my online scheduler.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

 

Your satisfaction is very important to me. Should you decide to cancel a session prior to it taking place, I will gladly refund your money, providing that I am given at least 24 hours notice. If  I am not given 24 hours notice, or you do not show up for your session, you will still be charged as if the session is completed. Completed sessions are not refundable. 
 
Please note that it is very important that you be able to respond quickly to communications from me. Delays in communication can potentially cause a delay in scheduling, so please do your best to stay in communication with me so that your session(s) are as relaxing and rewarding as you would like them to be.
