CUSTOM SONG TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

While this document is not intended to be a formal contract, by electing to order custom song services from me, you are indicating that you have read and understood it, and it is expected that you are in agreement with these terms and conditions.

 

Payment

 

I use PayPal as my payment processor. You do not need to be a member of PayPal in order to process a one-time payment. If you are setting up a Subscription for multiple payments, PayPal will require certain information from you. They are one of the more secure payment processors on the Internet and are widely used, as well as providing excellent help tools if you have questions or concerns about their service. If you do not wish to use PayPal for whatever reason, please contact admin@sandrawintermusic.com, but be aware that time spent on working out alternate forms of payment will make it more challenging to get your song to you in a timely fashion.

 

If your payment(s) does not / do not go through for any reason, I reserve the right to stop work on your custom song until the issue is resolved or to cancel our agreement at my discretion.

 

Once initial payment or payment in full has been received, you will receive a welcome email and then a second email with a formal contract and a link to my online scheduler so we can set up an initial interview. The contract must be signed and returned prior to the initial interview.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

 

Your first payment will be held until 24 hours after the initial interview. Should you decide to cancel up to that time, you will receive a full refund. You must notify me in writing at admin@sandrawintermusic.com. After the 24-hour period has elapsed after your initial interview, there will be no refunds made. We will work closely together to insure your complete satisfaction with your custom song project.

 

Custom Song Creation Process

 

The general process works like this:

  1. After initial payment has been received, you will be sent a welcome email and then a formal contract. The email with the contract will also include a link to my online scheduler, where you can select a date and time for our initial interview.
  2.  The contract must be finalized (signed, dated, returned to me and then copied to you, the purchaser) prior to the initial interview. Please note that the Cancellation / Refund policy is still in effect until after the initial interview. This means that if you decide to cancel your custom song order within 24 hours after the initial interview, the contract will be considered null and void, and it will no longer be legally binding. This will be stated clearly in your contract.
  3. After the initial interview, I will begin work on your song. I may need to contact you for additional information during the process.
  4. Once I have a first draft of your custom song, I will send it to you to get your feedback and suggestions. I will then send you a second draft and with your approval, I will go into the studio to record, mix and master your song.
  5. Once the song is complete, I will notify you and prepare your song and any bonuses for shipping.
  6.  I am so confident that you will be delighted, that I may request a testimonial from you. (smile)

 

Please note that it is very important that you be able to respond quickly to communications from me. Delays in communication can potentially cause a delay in your project, so please do your best to stay in communication with me through this fun, creative process.
